Infertility in the male is due to causes in the child pathway of production of good sperms including:
  • A hypothalamic or pituitary disorder (1-2%)
  • The testis  (30-40%)
  • Tubes transporting the sperms (10-20%)
  • Due to unknown causes  (40-50%)
The physicians do their best to solve the problem of unknown causes of infertility.
The sperm is the main goal in the treatment of infertility it should be good with mobility, normal shape, and the male should have a good ejaculation, and abnormal sperms mean they are either of short life or have no mobility.

The causes of abnormal sperms:

The sperms may be abnormal due to either inflammation of the testis or abnormal development of the testis.

Reasons for a low sperm count or lack of sperm include one or more of the following:

Genetic causes, use of alcohol tobacco and other drugs.
also, hormonal disturbance poisons chemical radiation infection blocking the tubes and wearing tight underwear are the causes of low count or no sperms at all.
